Wholesale Pricing & Product Information Policy

Wholesale pricing is only available to approved wholesale accounts.

To protect our wholesale partners, product pricing, wholesale discounts, and ordering access are only available to customers with an approved wholesale account.

If you are not signed into an approved wholesale account, you may not be able to view pricing or access certain areas of our website.

Already approved but can't see wholesale pricing?

The most common cause is being signed into the wrong account.

If you use Login with Shop, Shopify may automatically sign you into a different account or email address that you've used on other websites.

Even though you're logged in, that account may not be the one that was approved for wholesale access.

How to fix it

1. Log out of your current account.
2. Return to the login page.
3. Sign in using the same email address you used when you applied for your wholesale account.
4. Refresh the page once you're logged in.

If you're using Login with Shop, double-check that it's signing you into your approved wholesale email address before continuing.

How do I know if this is my problem?

You may be signed into the wrong account if:

• You're logged in but still can't see wholesale pricing.
• There is a green alert bar at the top of your screen and the email it is showing is different then the one you signed up for wholesale with.
• Products show "Login to view price" even though you've been approved.
• You recently clicked Login with Shop.
• You have both a personal email and a business email.
• You have shopped on other Shopify run stores using Login with Shop with a personal or alternate email.
  

I have more than one email address.

Many customers have:

• a business email they used to apply for wholesale access, and
• a personal email connected to Shop.

Wholesale access is only attached to the email address that was approved during your wholesale application. If you would like us to merge your account just let us know.

We'll verify your account and get you back into your wholesale pricing as quickly as possible.

How wholesale pricing works

Wholesale pricing is linked to your approved customer account.

It is not automatically available simply because you are logged in.

Your account must:

• Be approved for wholesale access.
• Be signed in using the approved email address.
• Have wholesale access assigned by our team.

About Login with Shop

Login with Shop is a Shopify feature that provides quick sign-in.

If you've used Shop with a personal email on another website, Shopify may automatically sign you into that account instead of your approved wholesale account.

If wholesale pricing is missing, we recommend logging out and signing in manually using your approved wholesale email address.

Wholesale pricing cannot be provided outside an approved account.

To protect our wholesale pricing and our professional partners:

• We do not provide wholesale prices through live chat.
• We do not provide wholesale prices by email before account approval.
• We do not provide wholesale prices to visitors who are not signed into an approved wholesale account.
• Product pricing is only available after signing into an approved wholesale account.
