Wholesale Login Help
I'm approved for wholesale, but I can't see wholesale pricing.
If you've already been approved for a wholesale account but you're seeing regular pricing or don't have access to the wholesale store, you're most likely signed into the wrong account.
The most common cause is using Login with Shop.
When you choose Login with Shop, Shopify may automatically sign you into a different account or email address that you've used on other stores. While you're successfully logged in, it may not be the same account that was approved for wholesale access.
How to fix it
- Log out of your current account.
- Return to the login page.
- Sign in using the same email address you used when you applied for your wholesale account.
- Refresh the page once you're logged in.
If you're using Login with Shop, double-check that it's signing you into your approved wholesale email address before continuing.
How do I know if this is my problem?
You may be signed into the wrong account if:
- You're logged in but still can't see wholesale pricing.
- There is a green alert bar at the top of your screen and the email it is showing is different then the one you signed up for wholesale with.
- Products show "Login to view price" even though you've been approved.
- You recently clicked Login with Shop.
- You have both a personal email and a business email.
- You have shopped on other Shopify run stores using Login with Shop with a personal or alternate email.
I have more than one email address.
Many customers have:
- a business email they used to apply for wholesale access, and
- a personal email connected to Shop.
Wholesale access is only attached to the email address that was approved during your wholesale application. If you would like us to merge your account just let us know.
